Canon Ip10000 with B5100 and B5000 Rip crash

I get error "EFI Canon Configuration Protocol" in windows even log.
Fiery server must restart. I have 4 rip's with this problem at the same customer.
The customer use hotfolder and freeflow.
Any idea?
