Create profile with White as underlay color

We will have a new customer using Iridesse with white as underlay toner and I'm wondering how we can create profile with CPS 5.0 including this white base ?

I used iProfiler just as I would normally. Simply flood white on your black(?) stock, do the second bias transfer on that flooded white, then print your patches and profile away. You can also use a light blue stock and profile on that. send me a private message I can send you a profile to try.
