Post Fiery Go Install Fail on Iphone

    Hi All.

I am trying to get the above happening on my Iphone X, running Igen150. connection fails due to invalid login credentials. I have typed this back soo many times & even asked for someone else to do (just incase i am having one of those days) yet i get the same error. Any ideas????

    Hi Nathan,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Can you provide us with some more information so we can troubleshoot this?

    1. Have you tried connecting Fiery Go to the Fiery server using a different phone (just to test if it works)?
    2. Do you have the latest version of Fiery Go?
    3. What is the Fiery model number and version?
    4. If Windows Fiery, is Fiery Ticker up and running?

    Thanks,
    Anthony

    Hi Nathan,

Have you recently updated Fiery API? If so, what is the version of Fiery API you currently have installed?

    Regards,

    Karl
