Default Margins not always the same - Fiery XF

Hi, I'm running Fiery XF version 6.3 on Windows 7 for a Mimaki JV150-160
I print a lot of banners on 38" paper, I've got a template made so that my margins are always the same. The problem is that even if I click "center" check box to make sure it lines up center, it doesn't always print centered. The printer automatically gives it a .5" margin (cutting the image off by .5"), and I want 1" margin so I compensate in my template for that. Then sometimes it puts the image to the left and cuts off the .5" in my template and only giving me the .5" margin, even though I have checked to center it. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there something I can do to make sure that it works every time?

    Thanks for any help.

    Hey Ashoob,

Fiery Forums will eventually be replaced by communities. For now both sites are running in parallel. We do have a section to post questions on XF on communities, you can check it out here: https://communities.efi.com/s/topic/...RzGAK/fiery-xf

Additionally, there are 1000+ technical articles on XF in the communities knowledgebase. I did a quick search for your error and didn't see anything, which usually means it hasn't been reported yet. But post your question and the XF team will look into it straight away.
