    Default Restoring archive files corrupted?

Just updated IC-417 on a C-2070 to version 1.2 from 1.0. Updated API and installed patches. Restored presets and paper catalog.
Went to import archived backup files to hold queue.
Processed and hold files, Fiery crashed.
It gave a horrible looking ps test page, after rebooting everything worked
When trying to print files it gives a postscript error.
Ps undefined resource error offending command “set output profile=Letter”
Files that weren’t archived(created new) work.
My question is can you archive jobs and do a fiery backup and then go to a newer version?
Or can you only backup and archive a fiery to the current version.

    Default Interesting

In theory that should work, but I haven't looked into what the changes were between 1.0 to 1.2 of your system software.

Which version of Command Workstation are you using? If you're using CWS 6.2, have you turned on Archive Manager or not?

Does the error only occur with archive files, or also with new files? Can you replicate it everytime?
If so I could take a look at an archived job for you and try it over here, if you would like to share one. Send me a private message if so.
