Default Impose -> User Define page size -> Can't save template?

    Greetings,

I sense I will lose some face by asking this question and yet I can't help but ask I'm afraid...

Whenever you set the page size to user defined in impose you can't save the template.

    Why is that?

    Thank you, and go easy...

    Hello DragonLeaves,

From where are you trying to save the Impose template? Did you launch Fiery Impose and initiate the save template from there? Or did you go into Job Properties (or Hot Folders) and launch Impose from JP->Layout->Impose?

That sounds strange. From Fiery Impose there should be no reason that you cannot save a User Defined finish size template. Few questions.

What version of CWS are you using and which Fiery do you have?

When you say you cannot save what is actually happening?
    1. Save button disabled?
    2. Or are you getting an error when attempting to save?
    3. Or does the save complete but you are not seeing the template in the dropdown list afterwards?
    4. Or is it something else?

Can you save a crop box template successfully?

    Thanks
    Mark
