Hi Team, one of our customers is having problems with HDD corruption causing problems such as job lockups. I have attached a photo of the boot error. It is fixed temporarily by doing a system restore from HDD and will get rid of the HDD error but a week later it returns. The customer can do a restore of backup which will get it running again but the HDD error remains. There is nothing regarding this fault in the Service Manual provided by Fuji Xerox except for if the error is No Disk Detected. Would you have any details regarding this error? and any fault finding tips? Thanks Craig
