Angry Can't achieve a correct Monitor profile with CPS 4.9.4.28

    Hi,

I've made already a lot of Monitor profiles for me or for customers without problem, but this time I can't get a good Monitor profile for my Macbook Pro 13" running High Sierra.
I've tried to create both profile for my BuiltIn Retina display and for Monitor connected to my laptop but it ends always in the same way.
I use Advanced setup and play with Brightness, Gamma, White point (for external monitor) without problem.
Nearly at the end I can compare test picture before and after adjustment. I'm able to see the improvement.
But once I save this new profile and select it again in System Prefs/Monitor/Color it turns greenish or pinkish.... !?
Take a look in archive file for more details.

This is a straightforward adjustment, I can't see where I can do a mistake...
    I need your help.

    Thanks in advance
    Regards

    Eric

    Hi Eric.

We have seen this problem on 15" macbooks with High Sierra and have fixed this issue in CPS 5.0 which will be released soon. I will double check but I think this will fix the issue you are seeing too.

    Hi Lou

Before upgrading to V5.0 ... Do you know if this problem is fixed now?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi Eric.

We'll take a look. What kind of display? What size? What dongle(s) are you using to connect it to the macbook?

    Hi

It's a PHILIPS 21" Color Monitor but it's the same result with other monitors (same size)
    HDMI port used.

    Hi Eric,
We were able to see the problem reported with the External Monitor (Pinkish display), we will look into this.

    Thanks
