Default Error: Job Uses Multiple Paper Sizes...

We are running Fiery Command Workstation Version 2.0.3.13 with an iGen5.

The following problem only happens with some jobs, so we aren't completely sure what to look for. We follow our normal process of going through the properties of the job and assigning the correct paper, imposing the files, and then sending a proof print. Today, many of the proofs we've sent to print have faulted out. When going to check the properties, a window pops up telling us that the "Job uses multiple paper sizes, but only one paper size has been selected..."

We only have one paper size that we are using, and it is the same in both the job properties and in the impose window. It does seem like we fixed it a couple times by selecting a different size paper, but that same paper has run fine on other jobs. Does anyone know what is happening?

It's possible your jobs are using multiple page sizes inside the job. When you run into this issue, run a preflight check.
Right click on the job and select Preflight, then OK to select default settings. Once it's finished you should see the preflight report window, and click on 'additional info'. In there you'll see the page sizes of each page in the job (if different), listed as page ranges. See screenshot below.

Thanks for the reply. Next time this happens, I'll give it a go and report back.

Alright, we've come across this issue again. After running the preflight and checking the additional info, I only see 1 page listed under the sizes and boxes.
