    Default Ruby.exe stuck around 50% CPU usage

    We have been experiencing some problems with our In2Print system. We have noticed that one of the EFI Fiery Job Flow programs (C:\Ruby19\ruby.exe) is consistently using around 50% CPU. There are two ruby.exe programs listed in the task manager. One is owned by System and the other by EFIJOBFLOW. The EFIJOBFLOW ruby.exe program is the one that runs constantly. We can get the Fiery software to work but it is very slow and does drop connection to the printer occasionally. Can you suggest what action we could take to fix this issue? We can not access the http://localhost/jobflow/login URL. We receive the following message: Service Temporarily Unavailable

    The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

    We have a copy of the original software along with a thumb drive with a patch that was applied.

    Any suggestions or recommendations for troubleshooting this problem are appreciated.
