Default Unable to install -- Persistent "Restart Required" despite restarting

    Hello there:

I am trying to install Fiery Command Workstation on a Windows 8 computer. When I attempt to open the downloaded file (Fiery-Software-Manager), it says "Restart Required. You must restart your computer in order to continue." I have restarted multiple times and it does not seem to matter. I receive the same prompt every time.

Please advise -- how can I install CWS?

You could try to remove the related flag in the registry. You may find this link useful...

Do I need to remove both of the files he references? One or the other?
