    Default CWS Disconnecting after Windows upgrade

    We have 3 users running CWS 5.8. All were upgraded to Windows 1703 on our desktops after which frequent disconnects between desktop CWS and Fiery at printer controller occur. Disconnects occur every 5-10 minutes. I upgraded to CWS 6.0 but this don't not fix the problem. Any advice? Thanks!

    What is Windows 1703?

    Do you have any firewall or AV running on these desktops that could be interfering?
