    Question Imageviewer Issue

    Hi All
    Bit of a weird one this - when viewing a ripped job in Imageviewer, black is being displayed incorrectly. At 25% zoom or less, 100% black will display as 4-colour with 4-colour values. Zoom over 25% and 100% black is 100% black. This is causing some concern and leading us to believe the software is unreliable.
    Has anyone else experienced this?

    I just tested this on a Windows and a Mac client and am not seeing this happening.

    CWS 6.1 on 10.12.6 and Win 7

    Hi Gavin,

    We tried and can't replicate this issue. Can you please send me a Private Message with a copy of the file showing the issue? Or any file showing the issue?

    Also please let us know what server model and version you are using (a config sheet please).

    Ends up this is a server side issue, which will need a server patch to fix.

    There is a patch in testing at the moment, and when it passes it will go through our usual patch distribution channels if/when the partner approves the patch.

    Oh, well that's interesting to know! It was driving me up the wall trying to figure it out - though I was pretty sure it wasn't anything I was doing wrong!!

    Hi Greta - is there any news on this server patch fix as we are still experiencing this anomaly

    According to our log the fix is included in IC308 latest service pack 2
