Default PS undefined error, offending command "VDPCache_SetNoFullVDPMachinery"

    Hi-

I installed a Ricoh Pro C5100S at customer site. Printed Fiery config page successfully. Installed Ricoh PPD on Mac 10.12. I printed two documents which hung up at the copier until I manually specified paper tray, then they printed fine. I then installed the EFI driver, and have not been able to print since. I uninstalled the EFI printer and re-installed the Ricoh, rebooted the Mac, Fiery, and copier. I connected my Windows laptop to the network switch and installed the Ricoh driver, and still couldn't print. I keep getting the above error. I checked the Printing Preferences, and there is nothing VDP-related selected. Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Mike
