I have a customer having an issue when they launch the Import Job function on one of their PCs. It takes about 20-30 seconds when they press Import Job or accessing it through File > Import Job. Other functions launching fine (Paper Catalog, Fiery Configure, Import Archived Job).

Customer has 32 Virtual Printers however on other PCs, it takes less than 10 seconds launching the Import Job function. They have identical OS and Fiery CWS version. We have tried removing all Fiery components and reinstalling it back again but the same issue persists. Drag-and-drop the file to the Held Queue then applying workflow is not slow. Only when using the Import Job function.
