Default Consumables List - Paper Trays Not Shown

    Hello,

I use the FCW to monitor a Ricoh and Xerox printer. In the past, I could see the ink and tray status for both machines. Recently I do not see the tray status for the Ricoh, although I still see the ink levels. How can I get back the tray status in FCW for this machine? Others in my office can see the tray status of both machines, so I can only assume its in the FCW settings on my machine.

    Any help is much appreciated!

To my knowledge, no. I still get all of the information displayed for the Xerox, and I get the ink levels for the Ricoh, but not the tray status (although everyone else still gets all of it).

If it helps, there are no settings in CWS you could make to stop the trays showing up.

antonisp - are you seeing it on only one computer, or multiple?

As I described on my original thread, every macintosh in the network (2 MacPro and 1 Xserve) has problem accessing paper catalog and paper trays on pro80 but have no issues retrieving these info from an E-10 server attached on a c360.
Windows machines(win7, win10), including the pro80 server, have no problems whatsoever.
Only difference, besides the OS, is that all macs in my office got link aggregated (bond) ethernet, 2 per machine. Maybe I ll brake one bonding and see if it changes anything.

    Strange thing...
