Default Cannot Upgrade to CWS 5.8 - "You Must Restart Your Computer"

    Please help...

We've got this problem happening on multiple Windows 7 PC's at multiple locations.

The PC's require Admin rights to install software, so we log in with an IT account that has Admin rights and close all open applications.

When trying to upgrade to CWS it posts the message:
    "You Must Restart Your Computer"
We restart, log back in with Admin rights, try again, but it just keeps repeating.

It does the same whether we try upgrading from the FAP masterinstaller.exe or via Fiery Software Manager.

The existing versions of CWS we're trying to upgrade are 4, 5.3 and 5.8.

We tried uninstalling the old CWS via Control Panel Programs and Features to see if that would help, but it posts the same message:
"You Must Restart Your Computer" in the same repeating cycle.

On a PC that did NOT have CWS already installed, masterinstaller.exe worked fine.

We appreciate your quick reply, and thanks in advance for your help.

Have you tried the Fiery uninstaller application rather than the control panel uninstall? It is usually part of the extended applications package.
