I have a Fiery Central that is locking up regularly since being installed.

They are using it primarily as a scan/document composition and printing to two 1250ís. Some of their files can be in the 100ís of pages and all are scanned in BW.

Everything runs fine after a full reload, but eventually it begins to lock up/fail. The customer needs to restart the Fiery services and then eventually full reboots are needed. After some time, a few days the files become unprintable and that is when the full reload is required. After the reload the same files will run correctly, but need to be recreated in order to do so.

When the device becomes unusable the error messages pop up with things like unable to create virtual pipe(?) I would need to be there in order to write them down, the customer is not the best at taking notes.

The FC is up to date as well as the CWS and the firmware is at the latest levels for the Konica Minolta 1250s.

The event viewer logs show multiple issues such as:

I have more Event viewer, logs but this is just the start. Has anyone ever experienced this type of issue in their environment?
