    Default 403 Forbidden Error

    Trying to launch JobFlow. Consistently getting a 403 Forbidden error no matter what browser I try to use (Explorer, Firefox, & Chrome.


    You don't have permission to access /jobflow/login on this server.

    There are a couple of (unlikely) scenario's where this could happen.

    1. There are duplicate jobflow.conf files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\conf\etc. That by itself is a bad thing but by deleting the oldest config file and restarting the system that will resolve the issue.
    2. If above steps did not help then there could be another very unlikely scenario that the JobFlow Smartfolder directory has not been updated in jobflow.conf file.

    Please replace the [/.FieryJobFlow] value as shown in below example. It will shown 2 times in jobflow.conf.

    For example:

    Alias /jobflowjobs/download/ "[/.FieryJobFlow/"
    < Directory "[NEEM_SF_DIR]/.FieryJobFlow/" >

    needs to be updated to

    Alias /jobflowjobs/download/ "C:/.FieryJobFlow/"
    < Directory "C:/.FieryJobFlow/" >
