    Default Pitstop Trial Expired message

Can anyone tell me where the latest Mac OS (10.11) El Capitan store the pitstop licence information. My Customer purchased and installed the impose module on their Mac but didn't manage to licence it properly. They therefore haven't been able to use it since the 30 day trial expired.

I've un-installed acrobat & pitstop, deleted every relevant folder I can find in the application folder and Library/application support folders and search the users folders but cannot find where the latest OS is keeping the licence info for this application. Therefore when I load the applications again I just keep getting an expired licence message.

If anyone has any idea how I can resolve this I'd love to know.

    Thanks

    Default Tip didn't reset licence

Tried the steps listed in this link without any success. I removed the pitstop preferences at the same time but still cannot reset the licence.
