    Thanks for all the input. I have been trying to have my local Xerox reseller work the problem. He is very knowledgeable and perhaps he can find the problem.

    As for posting the printer/server/client specs, are to thinking the configuration info? /GO/SERVER CONFIGURATION

    OK, now this is a very important question: when you impose on the Fiery, are you saving it as a new PDF job, or are you saving it as a regular job with the .dbp extension?

    The two processes are different.

    Is there a difference between saving it as a .dbp and saving it as a flattened PDF outside of the Fiery and then re-importing it back in?

    Do the .dbp and the flattened PDF print the same, or do they print different with respect to the crop marks?
