We have CWS version 5.8.0.39 installed on a Windows 7 PC. The problem has existed for over a week with no improvement after 2 previous remove and re-install of the Fiery Software.

The crash report given only gives minimal information:

The report to EFI button doesn't work (will let you click on it but freezes the window requiring a ctrl-alt-delete to close the reporting tool out. If we click to "relaunch" the software, CWS will open after 5-7 minutes....

Does anyone have any hints what to do next? I know the crash report isn't really telling us anything of assistance.
