I have a customer who is running the latest version of Command Workstation ( SP2) on their Windows 7 computer. Most features they select they are not having an issue. When they select the Job Log option, a window comes up briefly with nothing in it and then closes and disconnects them from the Fiery. They have another Windows computer running Command Workstation and it does not have an issue. They can open job logs and download the report. I had them uninstall via Fiery Software Manager, the Command Workstation program, reboot and install it again. It is still having the same issue. Any other suggestions?
