I work with a national fleet of printers that use Fiery IC-308 v2. Operators are using the client CWS on their laptops and finding that the connection disconnects frequently (every 10-20 minutes). Visually, it looks like it is connected, but it simply won't refresh to show the real status of the queue. It must be manually disconnected and then reconnected each time. Client and server software version Laptops are using Windows 7, service pack 1, with a 64-bit operating system.

So far we have restarted everything. Uninstalled and reinstalled everything. And loaded the software on a fresh windows 7 laptop with no other software installed. Still no luck.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
