Default Fiery Go Briefly Connects, shows "Idle" and then disconnects

I have tried looking to see if there's a thread with a similar issue—I am able to connect to my Canon iR-ADV C9200s (Fiery 10e with the API installed) for one second (it shows "Idle" and the dot turns blue) then it reverts back to "Disconnected". Port filtering isn't on and everything seems to be up to date.

    Thank you!

    Hi Andrea,

We are trying to replicate the issue and we have a few questions for you.

    1. Which Fiery API version are you running?
    2. What device and OS version are you using?
    3. Have you tried to restart/reboot the Fiery?

Hoping to get this figured out for you soon!

I am having the same problem with my Konica C654e, have rebooted several times.

    Running latest Fiery API 1.3.00.29
    Fiery Go on my ipad

I can connect & use it for my Richo 5100s just fine

    Hi AndreaSW and saburnsjax,

Our team has looked into the issues and was able to reproduce it on Fiery System 10e. We will have a bug fix soon and report back when it is released.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

    Thanks,
    Anthony

    Default Same Here

Every time my phone turns off it disconnects me from the server. When I turn the phone back on I click my printer icon and it reconnects fine, but this prevents me from getting notifications or alerts which defeats the main reason I got the app.

I thought it might be an IOS issue (Latest version) but I don't see any settings that would cause this to happen.

Is this an app glitch that needs fixing or a setting issue?

    Thanks

    Troy

@pavzem It seems the Fiery you have is a System 10e, same as saburnsjax. Unfortunately, we haven't released an update to this yet. We hope to resolve this soon.

@Troy76 Connection from the app to your Fierys will be lost when the phone/tablet screen turns off. Though connection should still be maintained if your switch between apps. Would push notifications be a feature that would be useful to you? So that you can get critical alerts on your device even when you're not connected directly to the Fiery.
