KM and EFI have determined this is caused by a copier firmware problem. KM has now released a "special" version of firmware that resolves this issue.

So even after KM copier tech installed special firmware you are still getting error?

Please also make sure the v1.0 IC-415 has the "SP1" patch (FIT220996) installed on it as well

Go into Fiery Configure, then Fiery Server / System Updates. There you can enable System Updates to download any available patches at a certain time every day.

You can also get this patch via Product Updates.
Type in Fiery's IP address into a browsers URL, select Configure tab, then "Check for Product Updates".
