When we print to the Hold queue on Fiery-D580 the "see what's printing " window dialog starts flashing, the print status is listed as access denied and the print job never makes it to the Command Center held jobs.

We can print to Direct and Print. If I import a job directly into the Fiery Web GUI interface it does go into the hold queue correctly and if I do a test page from the Hold queue on the client Windows desktop the test page goes into the hold queue. This is appearing across multiple users and desktops.
