    Hi Fabio,

    Have you tried to reinstall/restore Apache. Procedure to reinstall Agali:

    1. On the Fiery, go to E:\EFI\user_sw\Windows_User_SW\Common Utilities\
    2. Find Agali-installer.exe and copy that file to the Fiery desktop.
    3. Next, go to the Control Panel. Under ‘Programs’, select ‘Uninstall a program’. The ‘Uninstall or change a program’ window will open.
    4. Find ‘Agali’, and select ‘Uninstall/change’.
    5. Follow the prompts to uninstall Agali.
    6. When the uninstall completes, return to the Fiery desktop and double-click to run Agali-installer.exe.
    7. Follow the prompts in install Agali on the Fiery.
    8. When the install completes, Fiery web services we be re-enabled.

    Also please check if Java was upgraded to 8, It could well be related to the problem you are seeing.

    let us know, thanks.

    l-

    Alternately, I believe this issue is resolved by installing the Fiery Extended Applications Package v4.3 Service Pack 1, which is available as a download via the Fiery Software Manager.

    I can confirm that the latest CWS package for Fiery servers brakes the Apache configuration. After installation I figured out that the httpd won't start anymore because of a problem loading one of its modules.

    I fixed it for myself but I can also confirm that applying the SP1 (using the Fiery Software Manager) also works perfectly.

    Hopefully, everyone is reading this forum thoroughly (or is at least checking for updates frequently)
