Fiery Vue crashes when importing some PDF's

Hi Cedric,

Sorry for the inconvenience and delay. Obviously our attempts to resolve this so far have not been successful.

The sample files you provided previously seem somewhat complex but I don't know what makes them unique. The smallest one for example creates a huge spool if printed and takes a considerable amount of time to save as a flattened PDF.

Do you have numerous PDF's that are problematic or are we still dealing with two of them?

Bruce there are many of these that cause us the same issue.

any more on this? is there a process we can apply to the pdf before vue opens it?

Hi Its been about a year since this thread first started but the issues remain the same!

Apologies for delay and thank you for your patience.

A fix for this has been determined the release is scheduled for end of February.
