Exclamation Downtime scheduled for weekend of September 13 2014

Hans from EFI Fiery Dashboard here. On behalf of the entire team I would like to thank you for your support. Ever since we re-launched Fiery Dashboard a couple months ago the response has been overwhelmingly positive and the number of sign ups has exceeded everyone’s expectations. Again thank you.

I am also reaching out to you to notify that Fiery Dashboard will be offline for about 1 hour during the weekend of September 13. We will schedule the downtime during non-working hours to minimize the impact as much as possible. We need to take Fiery Dashboard offline for performance improvements and enhancements. And while we are at it we will also roll out bug fixes and enhancing a number of features.

Enhancements that you will notice are:

    1. In some of our widgets we roll up additional metrics under the category “Others”. After the update you will see an icon next to the “Others” category that you can select to show the additional data. Please note that if you have a lot of additional data chances are you will need to scroll down to see everything.

    2. We have enhanced the time line in Fiery Dashboard. In addition to printed we now also show number of processed, cancelled and jobs with errors.

    3. We have also fixed an annoyance related to really, really long names. If the name is too long to show in the widget, we will show the full name in a tool tip triggered by a mouse hover.

    4. We already show a message when new data is available and we will now also inform you that a new device has been added to your Fiery Dashboard account.
