Default Job issue - Command Workstation says "Booklet maker not installed"...(But it is)

Have a user printing to a Kyocera 5550, it has a Fiery pass through (printing system 11).

User is trying to send a 8 page booklet with folding and saddle stitching.

She drops the job into Command Workstation and when she goes to the finishing tab it tells her that the folder and booklet maker is not installed.
Any other job works fine and shows the folding - stitching options.

We tried print as image, flattening the file on CWS, File - Print (settings show but file prints full page without any finishing), recreating the file.. Still says booklet maker not installed.

    Any suggestions?

Make sure the printer is on when you power on the booklet maker attachment. The printer only sniffs once, it seems. That re-powering sequence solved things when we had a similar issue.
