    Default %ip_MP-RIP01%.0136r (huh?)

When I create a new Word doc and then print, the job name in PSM is pretty much what I put in the title. I've gone into the RIP page setup and set filename as job name. As well as setjobnametotitle and setjobnametofilename. Also tried the Macjobnamefix, even though it's coming from a win7 box.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

    Default The fix:

Not sure what caused it, but upgrading from 8.3.0 to 8.3.1 fixed the issue, after jumping through a hoop. After installing 8.3.1 the job would come in named properly but, when you'd click print, PSM would crash. Turns out there's a dll that doesn't load/register and you have to do it manually through the cmd line.

(Thanks to Angela & Rich from EFI and Rhonda from Ricoh for the fix).
