    Default Error message when conntecting to Command WorkStation

    When I try to connect to the WorkStation I keep getting the same error message. Unable to connect to (IRA-c7055-A1). The Server name or IP Address may be invalid. This just happened on Friday afternoon after being able to use the machine all morning. Is there any solution?

    Try removing the server from Command Workstation, and re-adding it.
    What version of CWS are you using?

    In 5.4 and higher, we can cope with your Fiery changing IP addresses due to DHCP change. Earlier versions you had to remove/re-add the Fiery.
