Default Updating Client Software on Fiery WEB portal? / USER IDs / Power Consumption

I've got a 7 year old IKON CPP550 machine with the Fiery X3eTY2 65-55C-KM PS3.0 RIP on it. Three questions:

    1. I'm not clear how to update the files on the Fiery so we can distribute the most current version of Client Software and Drivers to various users (both Mac and Windows)?

    2. Also, on the LOG files, it seems that the Users are reported by their Network Login ID. What's the point of setting up Users and Groups on via the Command Workstation then? Aside from preventing all users from carrying out Admin functions, does this User structure carry through into any other form of Use Tracking?

    3. What's the power consumption of the machine (in Watts would be nice) when in Alert and ready mode, versus 1st level Sleep, versus Deep Sleep?

Thanks in advance for whatever guidance you might be able to provide.

Please understand that this is not an OEM support forum, nor does it have anything to do with the print engines. This forum is for support of the Fiery RIP and workflow tools. You will have to go back to your printer vendor for details on the print engine.

The original vendor no longer exists. Ikon was bought out by Ricoh in Canada about 4 or 5 years ago, and while they ~support~ the machine with technician services, they have no interest in seeing these machines updated and surviving in the market. So, any clues are appreciated.

I understand, but you're more likely to find help with power consumption figures in Print Planet forums, for example.

    Just trying to eliminate heartache...
