Default Command Work Station 5.5 Upgrade - BUG

We upgraded our PC to CWS 5.5. After installing it, we went to use it, and it crashes. We actually see an icon that looks like a bug. We are not able to use CWS 5.5 on that computer. Problem/crash reports attached. Please advise.

Does this occur every time you launch Command WorkStation? Have you tried uninstalling Fiery User Software from your Programs and Features control panel and then making a clean install?

    Do things in this order:

    1) uninstall all EFI products from the Control Panel as Bob B indicates

    2) restart computer

    3) turn off your antivirus (I know AVG barks at the CWS install, for one, and prevents a crucial file from being installed)

    4) run the CWS installer

Turns out the older version and 5.5 version of CWS were in the Control Panel folder. We uninstalled both and reinstalled 5.5 All is good. Thanks for the info.
