Default Whites are printing with Blue tint

Customer has a Fiery "Pass-through" on the back of their Kyocera MFP device and all of the whites are printing with a blueish tint. They also use a Xerox machine that prints well, samples are below.
First pic is from MS Publisher to Kyocera, Second pic is same file submitted to Xerox.

We have seen this behavior printing from CAD or MS Publisher.
    Any suggestions?

    Default Have you tried calibrating?

Have you calibrated your Fiery? It's available from Command Workstation > Server menu.

Default Yes we have calibrated multiple times

We have tried calibrating multiple times; as many as 5x in a row and see identical results.

    Thank you for your response!

    Default

    Hello,

You are only seeing this bluish tint from Publisher and CAD programs?

How do default color settings compare for both controllers?

    Thank you,
    Bruce

    Default Color settings

I assume you mean the rendering or output profiles, Bruce.

I changed the rendering to attempt relative and absolute colormetric and saw identical results.
I also attempted changing the output profile using SWOP and GraCOL profiles, one gives us the blue background in the images the other gave us the blue background on the entire page.

    Thank you for your response.

    Default File types

When we PDF the files they print OK, we only see this blue hue in MS and CAD apps.
Something in acrobat fixing the color issue?
Is acro somehow fixing/over-riding the embedded profile?
