Default Can JDFs include CWS presets?

We are just starting to look at using JDFs for workflow improvement on our JDF-supported Fiery servers.
We have a ton of Command Workstation presets stored for special properties -- color settings, backup, multiple up, booklet maker, etc..
Can JDFs include all these CWS presets, or are there limitations?
The JDF documentation I could find has only references to paper catalogs and quantity settings.

Default Use JDF NamedFeature to reference a Virtual Printer

You can use the JDF NamedFeature attribute to reference a Fiery Virtual Printer, which can include anything you can set in Job Properties. For details, check out the link to the Using JDF NamedFeatures to reference a Fiery Virtual Printer static workflow post in this forum.
