Default Deploying drivers--Quick Access items not going

KM IC-413. Windows environment. Deploying the driver using Windows Server mechanisms to copy the driver so that it resides locally on each end user's computer.

The goal is to deploy the driver complete with the Quick Access tab configured a specific way, to make it easy to use in a wide-ranging end user environment. We can't figure out how to achieve that. All other customizations work, but we can't figure out how to force the Quick Access panel stuff to copy the same way.

Has anyone achieved that? Is there a configuration file that we can force copy along with the driver? We can't find any evidence of anything like that--no registry setting, no config file, nothing.
