Default Windows 7 problem running to Xerox X700 Hold Queue

Please can anyone help it is driving me mad!!! The problem is when I send a document from any program ie: PDF. InDesign, Word etc to the hold queue of the Xerox X700 it never appears. When I look into the printer queue in printers and devices the file has access denied and stops me from printing anything else. I then have to disconnect the network to delete the file. I have reinstalled Fiery Command WorkStation 5 & the printer but with no luck.

Is this a 700 or 700i? Bustled or Exernal? How are you printing to the HOLD queue? TCP/IP, LPR or PNP?
    Thanks, Craig

It is a 700 not the 700i. It is going through TCP/IP. Please explain what Bustled or Exernal means.

External is a larger computer looking box that's runny Windows XP and the bustled is a small silver box running Linux.

I'm with EFI and we build the Fiery's for that product. If you have Fiery, it's one of those two I mentioned. Thanks, Craig
