I have a Ricoh MPC 4501 with an E5200 Fiery. The original tech has reinstalled the OS and the copier hard drive per tech support (Ricoh). After reinstalling the OS the tech was able to print a test page, config page and several jobs in the print que. The problem is that when the customer sends a print job it does not print. When checking the Fiery display all you see is "processing job".
