After eight months of successful scanning we are unable to open the guest mailbox (username guest, password blank) on any computer that has Fiery Remote Scan installed.

Fiery Command Workstation 5.3x works and the Web UI works too.

I have rebooted Fiery and Printer. I have replaced patch cables between Fiery - Printer and the LAN.

Mailbox reports files removed after 1 week. This is a Xerox Docucolor 242 with Fiery 8e Release 2
