Canon dropped the ball on us - Ticket Number 1106717. We bought a new Canon ImagePress last December. Our pre-press department has three 64bit Del Computers running Adobe CS 5.5. We can print to the Canon right after we reboot the machine. As soon as we print or export to a PDF from any program. We lose 2 way communication with the Canon. Engineers have been working on it for months. They would log in remotely and say "that's odd".... no answers and no fixes. The Service Manager from C.B.S. told me that they are stumped and closed the ticket. What should I do? We Need to make PDF's.
