    Default Printing to the Fiery with Windows products, getting no output.

    When I print from various computers that are Windows based with Office products, no output and the job is unknown in the fiery. MAC OS works fine with any products. Any ideas why this would happen?

    Equipment: Xerox Docucolor 242, DC260 EFI Fiery

    Which driver have you installed on the Windows workstations?

    You can find the correct Windows driver connecting to your DC260 using a web browser (downloads tab).
    Using this driver would give print files which the Fiery understands.

    I'm using the Fiery EX260 Color Server PS driver, I can print to Docucolor 252 with out problems, just 242 gives me the errors.
