Default Active Directory with Mac OSX and Fiery

    hi

i have some troubles with mac osx 10.6 clients with active directory authentification and printing under fiery.
it's possible to print under windows but i cant print under osx with the same user. under the command workstation it give a error message: RIP-Failure
it looks like a authentification problem has somebody a solution for that or a start point like manual ?

    thanks...

    summary:

I don't think that we officially support AD from Mac OSX 10.6 clients.
Try to enter all variations of domain\username, username@domain.local, etc. when binding.
Temporarily disable Bonjour (conflicts sometimes) and try again.

Please raise a log to Xerox support if it still does not work and we'll take if from there.

    thanks,
