    Question DocBuilderPro.api

    I have a user that links remotely to our Fiery servers and recently she has started receiving a pop up window whenever she opens Adobe Acrobat. The pop up says that the add-on DocBuilderPro.api could not be started.
    Has anyone else experienced anything similar to this that can offer some insight into why this is happening?

    How is your remote user "linking" to the Fiery Server ? are they RDC into the Fiery ? The Adobe Acrobat that is opening - is this the Acrobat loaded on the Fiery RIP or on the Users Client ?

    Also would be good to know which vendor / RIP / Software - Acrobat Version etc etc....
