Xerox 700,, job properties in mac driver wont open , media type grayed out
Hello we installed a xerox 700 on mac 10.6.8 , when opening the fiery functions in the ppd driver , the media type is grayed out....
also the button "full properties" dont open the options , there is also an erro that the ip address is incorrect while the ip is correct; because we can also open the fiery webpage on that address...

I'm also having a similar problem.
for me "Media Weight" is grayed out & the "Full Properties" also does nothing.
I dont get the 2-way communication error though.
Anyone have any info on this? I'm totally stuck.

Have you run the "10.6.8 Supplemental Update" on the Mac OS?
Apple Menu->Software update
If it has not been run yet, it should prompt you to do so.
