    Default Command WorkStation 5.2 or 5.3 + X-Rite DTP41 on Win7

I've just reinstalled CWS on new machine, where is Windows 7 32bit Professional running. We have used to use X-Rite DTP41 spectrophotometer for linearizing our print machine over calibrator in CWS. It has serial connection but when I click for measure, the calibrator window disappear and nothing happen. We've got windows xp running on recently, there were no problems. Any idea?

Please give this a try as a workaround.

    1. Go to CWPTCalibrator.exe using Windows Explorer,
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Fiery\Applications3\ColorWise Pro Tools
    2. Right-click on CWPTCalibrator.exe, select Properties.
    3. Go to the Compatibility Tab, enable Compatibility mode and select Windows Vista Service (Service Pack 2) or Windows XP (Service Pack 3)
    4. Click [OK] to close the CWPTCalibrator.exe properties
    5. Launch Calibrator again from CWS5 and Measure will function as expected.

    Best regards,
