    Default 64 bit drivers

We recently had a Konica Minolta Biz Hub c353 installed on our network. It was installed with a fiery device. When browsing to the fiery device it provides download for Fiery X3eTY 50_45C-KM PCL1.01 32 bit drivers. We have a 64 bit print server and I am unable to install this printer. Where can I locate the 64 bit drivers I need?

The PS and PCL drivers that you can actually download direct from this Fiery (IC-409) do not support Windows 64-bit OS's.

*If you have any Windows 64-bit OS besides Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 you can get PS or PCL post-release drivers from:

    http://onyxftp.mykonicaminolta.com/d...uctname=ic-409

Scroll down to "Win Vista 64-bit Drivers" section, then click on and download "IC409 ps pcl win drivers 101mr.zip"

If you have 64-bit Windows 7 or Server 2008 R2, you must use above-mentioned PS (Postscript) driver.
There is no supported PCL driver for these two operating systems.
