    Default Image Pass S2 wont refresh in CWS 5

    Hi I have 2 image pass s2 that will not refresh after printing a job from the hold queue, If i log out and then back in they move to the printed queue. I have an image pass t1 in the same room as these two and it is working fine. I searched the forum before posting and there were a couple of post about this, the suggestion was to restart. This has been done and works for a while, but then stops again. The firey software has been reloaded and the patches reapplied with no affect. Any suggestions ??

    Hello,

    There have been serveral updates for the S2.

    Please contact your local Canon dealer. They can then get all the available updates via the Canon Support Organization for your region.

    Hi Karl_T

    I actually am in the service dept for a Canon dealer in Canada. I contacted Canon Canada and asked this question and sent my config printouts and they said to post on here. It was worth a shot, I'll contact them again
