    Default 4 colour over 1

I did a search for a similar post but came up with information from 2009.

I'm printing an ad 2 up on a sheet. 4 colour on the front and black on the back. I was looking for a setting to do this with CWS. The posts I found from 2009 said this feature was being investigated. Was it ever added?

If not, I'm looking for a workaround. tia

    Hi mac_paris,

As you said, there's a post to this issue, here: http://fieryforums.efi.com/showthrea...side-of-duplex

Check the configuration page if patch 1-10TZZW is already installed on your RIP
This patch turns color mode available in
    Media>Mixed Media>Define Page Range>Color Mode

    Please, contact your Canon Dealer.

Thank you MC. I'll ask about that patch number.

We had some issues for a couple of weeks. Our techs did a re-install and left off all of the patches thinking one of them was causing the problems.

I'll let you know how we make out.
